EXPERIENCE
Rachel Yap joined Bain Capital in 2017. She is a Managing Director focused on business services and tech-enabled services opportunities in Europe as part of the Insurance Private Equity team in London. Previously, Rachel was a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team in Sydney with a generalist focus on opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Rachel worked in the Investment Banking Division of Macquarie Group and in the Investment Team of Arowana & Co.
EDUCATION
Rachel received a LLB and BCom double degree with honours from Monash University.
