EXPERIENCE
Ms. Tandon joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is a Senior Vice President in the Portfolio Group for the Bain Capital Insurance team. Previously, Ms. Tandon was a Vice President at MetLife where she held a number of operating roles spanning distribution, sales strategy and data and analytics. Ms. Tandon started her career at PwC as an auditor specializing in the financial services industry.
EDUCATION
Ms. Tandon received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Iowa.
