EXPERIENCE
Mr. Cannan joined Bain Capital in 2012. He is a Partner on the Bain Capital Insurance team based in Boston. Previously, Mr. Cannan was a member of Bain Capital Credit focused on investing in insurance and broader financial services and involved in the strategic development of Bain Capital Insurance. Prior to that, Mr. Cannan was based in Hong Kong where he helped establish and expand Bain Capital Credit in Asia. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cannan was an Associate and Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs & Co.
EDUCATION
Mr. Cannan received a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University.
