EXPERIENCE
Mr. Laramee joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is the Executive Vice President of Insurance Strategies within Bain Capital Insurance’s Portfolio Group based in Boston.
Previously, Mr. Laramee was Vice President, Solutions Business Development Manager at Swiss Re where he delivered solutions to retain current and attract prospective insurers and direct clients. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director of Corporate Owned Life Insurance (“COLI”) Sales and Distribution at MassMutual where he was recruited to build and launch the COLI sales solutions line of business. Earlier in his career, his roles included Sales Vice President at Voya Financial and Corporate Solutions Sales Director at John Hancock.

Mr. Laramee received a M.B.A. from Sacred Heart University and a B.A. from Boston University.
