EXPERIENCE

Mr. Roux joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Principal on the Bain Capital Insurance team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Roux was with Century Equity Partners where he focused on investing in services, distribution, and technology businesses within the financial services industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Roux served as an Associate at Silverwood Partners and Analyst at Meketa Investment Group. 

EDUCATION

Mr. Roux received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. and a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley University. He is a CFA charterholder.
