EXPERIENCE
Carlos Hanco Jr. joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is General Counsel for the Insurance business.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Carlos was a counsel at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, primarily focused on private investment funds.
EDUCATION
Carlos received a JD from Boston University School of Law and an AB in politics from Princeton University. He is a member of the state bar of Massachusetts.
