EXPERIENCE
Ms. Ray joined Bain Capital in 2021. She is a Managing Director on the Bain Capital Insurance team. Previously, Ms. Ray was Head of Carrier Strategy, Solutions and Go To Market and SVP, Product and Strategy at Vertafore where she held responsibility for Vertafore’s agency and carrier software product strategy and roadmap. Earlier in her career, Ms. Ray was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company where she specialized in financial services with a focus on property & casualty insurance. Prior to that, she was a Market Research Consultant / Project Director at Harrigan-Bodick, Inc. and a Manager, Research & Strategy at Working Woman Network, Inc.
EDUCATION
Ms. Ray received a M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. from Wellesley College.
